Sitekick ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sitekickweb.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact or get-started form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and any project details or message you provide.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site — through Google Analytics (see Cookies & Analytics below).

We don't collect payment card details on this website — payments are handled separately, outside our forms.

Cookies & Analytics

We use the following third-party services, each of which may set cookies or collect data in your browser:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — helps us understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, traffic sources, general location). Google may use this data per its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam-prevention check on our forms. It runs a lightweight browser check to confirm you're a real visitor, not a bot, before a form submission is accepted.
• CWForm — the third-party service that processes and stores our contact and get-started form submissions on our behalf (see below).

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site work (for example, form spam protection), but the site will still be usable.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there isn't yet a common standard for how sites should honor them.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
• Deliver the website or service you've engaged us for
• Send you project-related updates and, if applicable, invoices
• Understand and improve how our website is used
• Protect our forms and site from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for marketing you haven't asked for.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:

• CWForm (app.cwform.com) — stores and delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Google (Analytics, and Google Workspace for our email) — analytics data, and any email you send us.
• Cloudflare — our hosting and security provider; processes standard web traffic to serve the site and run the Turnstile spam check.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law (for example, in response to a subpoena) or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, and maintain business records — typically no longer than a few years unless we have an ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your Choices below.

Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or business record-keeping purposes
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using a browser tool like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are protected against spam using Cloudflare Turnstile. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website and Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn we've done so, we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do — check back periodically.
